Monroe dispute leads to charges
A Monroe County dispute has led to one of the parties being cited.
State police at Fern Ridge said the dispute occurred at 1120 Bartonsville Woods Road, in Jackson Township. Troopers said at 7:21 p.m. on May 6 Motaz Mohammed Ismail, of Stroudsburg, was harassed by Brett William Runne, also of Stroudsburg. Runne was cited for harassment, troopers said.
