Summit Hill driver facing DUI charge in Mahoning
A Summit Hill driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following an incident in Mahoning Township.
On Feb. 14, at 2:05 a.m. township police stopped a vehicle on Route 443 for careless driving. The driver, Christopher Porambo, was found under the influence of alcohol. A blood test showed 0.23 BAC.
Porambo has been charged with two counts of DUI and a summary offense of careless driving.
