Nesquehoning citations issued

Nesquehoning police reported on citations issued by officers. Officer Timothy Wuttke issued the following citations.

Kerry L. Freedman, 40, of 4 Rhume St., Nesquehoning, was cited on May 15 at Allen and Coal streets, for protective equipment for motorcycle riders.

Other citations issued at that location by Wuttke included registration and certificate of title required; required financial responsibility, operated vehicle without official certificate of inspection, drivers required to be licensed and careless driving. The citations were issued May 15.

Also on May 15, at Allen Street and Willow Lane, Wuttke issued citations for protective equipment for motorcycle riders, registration and certificate of title required, required financial responsibility, stop sign violation, operation of vehicle without official certificate of inspection, drivers required to be licensed, and careless driving.

Along Route 93, citations were issued for turning movements and required signals and duty of driver in emergency response areas.

Officer Richard Neikam issued a citation on May 18 in the 100 block of West Railroad Street for expired inspection (failed to respond to parking ticket).
