Schuylkill man charged in theft
A Schuylkill County resident has been charged in connection with the theft of copper wire.
State police at Frackville said Richard William Shiner has been charged with receiving stolen property.
He is charged with having in his possession copper wire stolen from an area of Route 209 and Catawissa Road in Schuylkill Township. The wire was taken from a utility building in that area sometime between Aug. 6, and Sept. 5, 2014.
