Tamaqua man cited following vehicle stop
Richard Kennedy, 30, of Tamaqua, has been cited for possession of drug paraphernalia following a vehicle stop on Claremont Avenue in Hometown.
Kennedy was stopped by Rush Township Police at 9:32 a.m. on May 13.
