Trespassing complaint ends with man in jail
An incident on the Hauto Highway, Route 54, landed a Hazleton man in the Schuylkill County Prison in Pottsville on Oct. 28.
Rush Township Police responded to a trespassing complaint at 4:59 p.m. that day and found Seth Mellor, 24, of Hazleton. A records check determined there was an outstanding warrant for Mellor's arrest, earning him a ride to the county prison.
He will also be charged with trespassing.
