Two women cited for altercation
Two women were cited for harassment following an altercation that occurred outside a Monroe County business.
State police at Fern Ridge said Victoria Lynn Wilklow, 19, of Milford, Pike County, and Marissa Lynn Beane, 20, of Zion Grove, Schuylkill County, met outside Kinsley's ShopRite, located at 107 Kinsley Drive, Chestnuthill Township, at 10:55 p.m. Tuesday and engaged in a verbal argument that escalated into a physical altercation when each struck the other in the face.
