Monroe burglary

State police at Lehighton are investigating a burglary at a Monroe County property.

Troopers said criminals entered a shed on a property in the 600 block of Silver Springs Boulevard, Eldred Township, and removed about $4,960 worth of equipment and tools. The theft occurred sometime between Aug. 29 and Friday. A 49-year-old man from Tobyhanna is the listed victim.
