Two-car crash in Monroe County

No injuries occurred following a two-car crash in Monroe County.

Fern Ridge State Police said the crash occurred at 4:07 p.m. Oct. 26 as a 2010 Subaru Outback and a 2015 Subaru Forester were traveling north on Route 715 in Jackson Township.

At that time, the Outback operated by Thomas Gould, 18, of Effort, struck the Forester operated by Mary McIsaac, 67, of Stroudsburg, in the rear as the Forester was turning left from Route 715 north onto Mountain Road.

Gould was wearing his seat belt and was not injured.

McIsaac, along with two passengers in her vehicle, James McIsaac, 71, of Stroudsburg, and John Rebaudo, 68 of Stroudsburg, also wore their seat belts and were not injured.

The Outback had disabling damage to the front and was towed by Matt's Towing from the scene.

The Forester had damage to the rear, but was able to be driven from the scene.
