PROMOTING HEALTHY LIVING

Ben Salem United Church of Christ will present a health fair from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday in the church’s new social hall, 1965 Church Hill Road in Lehighton.

Information offered will include: Gift of Life, Miller Keystone Blood Mobile, a presentation by a physical therapist on Parkinson’s disease, The Link Suicide Prevention, nutritional support by Sodexo, and blood pressure screening by Ben Salem Health and Wellness Committee.

Needle-free flu shots will be available for the first 200 people. This is not a “flu mist” vaccine. The vaccine will be free of charge for the uninsured or underinsured.
