The Panther Valley Drama Club will perform its annual production Friday night in the Panther Valley High School auditorium.

This year's play is "Team Justice and the City Hall Supervillans," a hilarious story of local government corruption with a superhero theme.

In "Team Justice," a group of four egotistic superheroes face opposition from leaders of their city, Littleton.

After receiving a series of tickets and citations, the superheroes are legally prohibited from using their powers.

They decide the only way to return to their former glory is to get their neighbors to sign a petition on their behalf. But they have to overcome their own supersized egos in order to make that happen.

Students have been rehearsing for the show since mid-September.

The performance begins at 7 p.m. Friday. Doors open at 6 p.m.

The show is directed by health and physical education teacher John Cooper and Donna Luckenbill.

The cast includes Brianna Picht, Jordan Reis, William Bernstein, Amarynth Ruch, Megan Heckman, Noah Easterly, Nick Ellis and Paige Moser.

It also includes Aliyah Perez, Kierstyn Dushak, Cassie Binder, Zach Moyer, Jessica Thomas, Marie Nase, Zinny Ruch, Lena Nalesnik, Kamryn Clifford, Kyle Gastineau, Kiara Krapf, Jessica Smale, David Giniec, Kimberly Cimerol, Mya Jefferson, Zoe Arnold, Abigail Paulus, Cassandra Diefer and Cole Emmert.
