An arrest has been made in connection with a Schuylkill County burglary that occurred last year.

State police at Frackville said William Vincent Goralewski, 49, of New Philadelphia, has been charged with burglary, theft and related counts for a break-in that occurred in June 2014 at 60 Macomb St. in New Philadelphia. The victim of the burglary was a 36-year-old woman.

Troopers took Goralewski into custody on Thursday. He was arraigned before on-call District Judge Anthony Kilker of Shenandoah. Goralewski was unable to post 10 percent of $25,000 bail and was remanded to the county prison in Pottsville. At the time of the burglary a state police report indicated that the property was entered more than once during a time frame of June 14 to 24, 2014.
