Carbon man victim of harassment
A Carbon County man was the victim of a harassment incident that occurred in Schuylkill County.
State police at Frackville said at 7:15 p.m. Nov. 9 in the area of 194 Overlook Drive, in Walker Township, near Tamaqua, a 50-year-old Jim Thorpe man and Courtney Downs, 36, of Easton, became involved in an altercation. At some point during the altercation it became physical with Downs striking the man.
Troopers said she was issued a citation for harassment.
