Victims refuse to press charges
State police at the Lehighton barracks were summoned to an argument between two parties at 2:40 p.m. Nov. 8 in Weissport, but police said the victims declined/refused to press charges of harassment against each other.
Police identified the parties as Ashley Marie Whiteman, 21, and Christopher L. Mertz, 24.
They are both identified in the police report as both a victim and an accused.
The incident took place at Apartment B, 210 White St.
