Cited for dogs running unleashed in Summit Hill

Summit Hill police issued a citation after a borough resident was warned for her dogs running at large.

Kimberly Knecht, 43, of 306 E. Fell St., was cited after police received several complaints about her dogs running in the neighborhood unleashed.

Knecht was given two verbal warnings to make sure her dogs were on leashes and she failed to comply.
