Well caps removed, piping is damaged
State police at the Fern Ridge barracks are investigating a criminal mischief incident in Penn Forest Township.
Police said the incident happened between Nov. 14 and 15 on Wyadot Way in the township when someone trespassed onto the victim's property, removed three well caps and damaged 5 feet of PVC pipe in the well.
