Woman facing bad checks charge
A Schuylkill County woman is facing a charge of bad checks in an incident involving a school organization.
State police at Schuylkill Haven said Jessica Marie Bassininsky, 34, of Schuylkill Haven, wrote two separate checks to the Blue Mountain Elementary West PTO Inc. in the amount of $25. Both checks were returned for insufficient funds. The checks were written in April.
