Plant evacuated after bomb threat
A manufacturing plant in Cass Township was evacuated Wednesday morning after a reported bomb threat.
The JELD-WEN manufacturing plant in Highridge Industrial Park was evacuated around 9:30 a.m. for precautionary reasons.
Bomb detection dogs were dispatched to do a search of the building. Police did not say whether any evidence of a bomb was found.
