Three arrested for retail theft

Three people have been charged with retail theft for an incident that occurred at Bill's ShopRite, located in Mount Pocono, which occurred in June.

Pocono Mountain Regional police identified the suspects as Mark Allen Osborne, 23, Joshua Louis Osborne, 36, and Louis Osborne, 62, all of Tobyhanna.

According to police on June 1 about 10 a.m. the three attempted to push two shopping carts full of merchandise out of the store without paying for the items. Store employees stopped the three, who then fled. The value of the items was $130. Store employees identified the three from coming into the store on other occasions.

The three were charged with two counts each of criminal conspiracy and retail theft.
