Palmerton police

Palmerton Police Department continues to investigate the following incidents:

DUI

Criminal charges were filed against Antonio Inzillo, 24, of Germansville, for DUI, driving under suspension, speeding, operating without inspection and insurance, and operation following suspension of registration. The incident occurred at 1:47 a.m. Aug. 2 in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.

Criminal charges were filed against Ellisa Plocinik, 18, of Lehighton, for DUI, careless driving, reckless driving, and purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of intoxicating beverages. The incident occurred on April 4 at 4:30 a.m. in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.

Retail theft

Criminal charges were filed against Michele Somakah, 49, of Ashfield, for retail theft. The incident occurred on Sept. 9 at 3:20 p.m. in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.

Tyler Billings, 23, of Palmerton, was cited for retail theft. The violation occurred on Sept. 20 at 2:05 a.m. in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

Public drunkenness

William Schwoyer, 59, of Lehighton, was cited for public drunkenness. The violation occurred on Sept. 29 at 1:08 p.m. in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

A citation was filed against Katlinn Hoff, 19, of Kunkletown, for public drunkenness at 7:15 p.m. Sept. 26 in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.

Other

Police also issued 10 citations for vehicle violations, nine citations for speeding, and five for traffic violations.
