Pills are found after traffic stop
A traffic stop at 12:59 p.m. Monday on Interstate 80 westbound in Monroe County resulted in drug charges being filed against Rashad Devonn Evans of Montclair, New Jersey.
State police at the Fern Ridge barracks said after the stop, they found 11 oxycodone pills concealed in the center console of a vehicle Evans was driving.
