Auto crash suit
Theresa Seroka, 6775 Ben Creek Road, Saint Leonard, Maryland, filed an civil action seeking damages against Walton Smith, 1176 Upper Nis Hollow Drive, Lehighton, over an automobile accident.
The suit states the crash occurred on Jan. 23, 2014, along Blakeslee Boulevard in which a vehicle operated by Smith made a left turn at an intersection with a controlled traffic light and his vehicle and that of Seroka's collided.
The plaintiff is claiming negligence against the defendant for damages to her vehicle and injuries she sustained and are detailed in the suit. Sought are damages in excess of $50,000 plus costs and fees.
