Man charged with harassment
A Summit Hill man was charged with harassment following an incident on Sept. 23.
Summit Hill police said Ernie Smith, 40, of 27 W. White St., was involved in a confrontation with a person in the 100 block of East Fell Street. During the confrontation, Smith struck the person.
