Man cited for throwing beer can

Jerry Joseph Feathers, 34, of 124 Race St., Tamaqua, was cited after he reportedly threw a beer can at his neighbor.

The neighbor contacted borough police at 3:20 p.m. Aug. 11 to complain that Feathers had hit him in the head with a can of Rolling Rock beer.

Feathers was cited for harassment.
