Two are charged for underage drinking
Two people were charged by state police at the Fern Ridge barracks with underage drinking after police discovered a group of individuals drinking alcohol at 1 a.m. Aug. 29 at the intersection of Williams Road and Juniper Drive in Effort.
Police said citations were issued to Roman Michael Rodriguez, 20, of Blakeslee, and Dylan Thomas Burtness, 19, of East Stroudsburg.
