Sliding door damaged in Effort

Someone damaged a sliding door at a home in Effort, Monroe County, on Friday. State police said that a 45-year-old resident of Shenkel Road reported damage to the rear sliding door of her home. The incident occurred Sept. 4 around 4:15 p.m. No further details were available. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact state police at Fern Ridge at 570-646-2271.
