Man cited for theft in Tamaqua
Joseph James Redner, 38, of 80 Pine Hill Road, New Ringgold, was cited by Tamaqua police after an Aug. 24 incident at the Fegley Mini Mart, 30-32 Center St.
The store manager contacted police after Redner pocketed a candy bar and a pack of gum. The theft was recorded on surveillance video.
Redner was charged with retail theft.
