Jail visitor facing drug charges

State police at the Frackville barracks arrested a woman when she showed up at the State Correctional Institute in Ryan Township to visit a relative who is a prisoner there and her vehicle contained several burned roaches of marijuana.

Police said Zakeia Miller of Wilmington, Delaware, was charged after she arrived on prison property and a search of her vehicle revealed the paraphernalia.
