Brothers dispute
A Schuylkill County man has been cited for punching and kicking his brother.
State police at Frackville said Eric Andrew Ulrich, 20, said his brother James Leon Ulrich, 21, had physical contact with him on Wednesday about 10:25 p.m. along Market Street in the village of Cumbola, Blythe Township. James Ulrich was issued a citation for harassment, troopers said.
