Man charged with taking vehicle
State police at Schuylkill Haven have charged a man with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Troopers said Scott Sargent, 31, no fixed address, took the vehicle of a 40-year-old man, of Pike Street, Port Carbon, on Sept. 6 at 2:30 a.m. without permission. The vehicle was recovered on Sept. 8 in Harrisburg. Charges were filed.
