Saylorsburg woman is victim of theft
State police at Fern Ridge are investing an online scam against a 44-year-old Saylorsburg woman.
Police said between 11 a.m. Sept. 14 and 3 p.m. Sept. 16 when the victim had online contact with a person to whom she provided her personal information.
Police said the woman reported that $4,200 was withdrawn from her Wells Fargo savings account.
