Pittsburgh man arrested on warrants

A Pittsburgh man with two active warrants was arrested in Nesquehoning following a minor traffic violation.

According to Nesquehoning police, on March 25, officer Richard Neikam pulled over a vehicle along Route 54 for a headlight violation. The vehicle was driven by Louis W. Clark Jr., 30, of 198½ Grove Ave.,

During the traffic stop, Neikam learned that Clark was driving under a DUI-related suspended license and also had two active warrants out for his arrest.

He was taken into custody and transported to the Carbon County Correctional Facility.
