Used tires dumped on Lynn property
State police at the Fogelsville barracks are investigating a rubbish-scattering incident where someone discarded used tires onto a victim's property in Lynn Township.
Police said it was reported to them at 3:30 p.m. March 18 that someone dumped the tires on the land in the 6000 block of Sweitz Road in the township and fled southbound in a white pickup.
