McAdoo man charged with forgery
Robert Michael Kondash, 45, of McAdoo, has been charged with forgery after he cashed a check made out to his estranged wife on Nov. 30, 2015.
McAdoo police investigated the case after being contacted by the victim, who said she was not in Pennsylvania at the time of the incident.
It was learned that Kondash took the check, forged his soon-to-be ex-wife's signature and had the money deposited into an account over which he had sole control.
