Retail Thefts

Rush Township police have cited the following people for retail thefts that occurred at the HT Commons Walmart in Hometown.

• Faith Manns, 43, of Pottsville, was charged on March 25. She took $88.03 worth of merchandise.

• Anthony Cress 29, of Tower City was in the company of Manns during the incident. Cress had a warrant in Dauphin County and was booked in the Schuylkill County prison in Pottsville.

• Thomas Bilsak, 27, of Hazle Township, is facing several charges that occurred on March 29, including retail theft valued at $189.74, receiving stolen property and false identification. Bilsak also has retail theft charges in two separate incidents that occurred on March 28. Total value of stolen merchandise was $84.07. Police booked Bilsak and placed him in the Schuylkill County prison.

• Anthony Polcheck, 37, of McAdoo, stole $69.54 worth of merchandise on March 31. He is also charged with receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy charges.

• April McGeehan, 28, of Coaldale, faces charges for taking items valued at $35.93, resisting arrest, possession of 5.3 grams of methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on April 1.
