Negligence alleged
Blue Shamrock Golf Club, Tank Farm & Shipper's Road, Macungie, owners of Blue Shamrock Golf Club, 2230 Fireline Road, Palmerton, filed an action against Dual Temp Company Inc., 2050 S. 12th St., Allentown.
The suit states on Feb. 1, 2015, a building owned by the plaintiff at the Palmerton site was damaged when a pipe burst, causing significant resulting damages. Due to the negligence of the defendant, the suit alleges, who previously repaired the pipe in question, improperly, was the cause of the pipe to weaken and burst again.
Sought is a judgment in an amount not in excess of $50,000 plus interest, costs and fees.
Auto contract
