Both sides in dispute cited
Two people involved in a domestic dispute in Monroe County have been cited.
State police at Fern Ridge said troopers responded to Toll Road in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, at 3:33 p.m. Monday for a reported domestic dispute.
On scene, troopers learned that spouses Amber Marie Warner, 24, and Dorothy Marie Warner, 25, both of Stroudsburg, had been engaged in a verbal dispute that turned physical, resulting in minor injuries to both. The two were cited for harassment. Charges have been filed.
