Faces multiple charges after vehicle stop

Anthony Peck III, 37, of Hazleton, is facing charges after a vehicle stop in Rush Township on April 13.

Peck was stopped by township police at 7:43 p.m. on Claremont Avenue. He refused to submit to testing for possible driving under the influence. He will be charged with DUI, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
