Weatherly man faces charges in Rush
Rush Township police will file charges against Robert Hinkle III, 18, of Weatherly after an incident that happened at the HT Commons Walmart on March 28.
Hinkle has been identified as the driver of a Jeep that fled the scene, driving into a wooded area at 3:35 a.m. The Jeep was seen a short time later, driving without headlights, on Route 309 and Ben Titus Road.
He faces charges of fleeing/attempting to elude police, trespass by vehicle and a variety of summary offenses.
