Burglary reported in Lower Towamensing

State police at Lehighton were summoned at 4:10 p.m. July 25 to investigate a report of a burglary at a residence in Lower Towamensing Township.

Police said they responded to the 1000 block of Gun Club Road for a report of a burglary and the investigation revealed that someone disabled the security system at the residence but left without removing any items.

Police said the suspect(s) were possibly operating an ATV.
