Lehighton man facing firearms-related charge
State police at Lehighton said James Peter Hunsicker, 40, of Lehighton, has been charged with unsworn falsification relating to a firearms incident at 12:33 p.m. March 1 in Polk Township.
Police said Hunsicker attempted to transfer a firearm into his possession at the Armory, 818 Interchange Road, Kresgeville, Polk Township, by providing false information on the transfer application form.
