Police investigate criminal mischief case

State Police at Lehighton are investigating a criminal mischief incident that happened between 1 p.m. July 30 and 2:30 p.m. Monday in Eldred Township.

Police said someone cut the lock on the well house door on the victim's property, located at Silver Springs Boulevard and Richard Lane in Kingswood Lake Estates development.
