Schuylkill man facing harassment charge

A Schuylkill County man is facing a charge of harassment following an incident that occurred at 8:07 p.m. July 20.

State police at Frackville said troopers responded to Boyer's Food Market, at 600 W. Centre St. in Shenandoah, for a reported disturbance. On scene, troopers learned that William Booth of Shenandoah had assaulted a man fromLost Creek. Booth fled the scene before troopers arrived. Charges will be filed. Troopers said Shenandoah police were not on duty at the time of the incident, requiring troopers to respond.
