Owner of found rifle sought

State police at Schuylkill Haven are seeking the owner of a rifle found along a Schuylkill County road.

Troopers said the rifle, no further description of it was given, was found at the jug handle at routes 61 and 443 in North Manheim Township, at 2:30 p.m. on Monday.

Anyone with information concerning the rifle, or who wants to claim it, should call troopers at 570-739-1330.
