Tamaqua man cited for drunkenness

Tamaqua police cited Brian Keith Woods, 51, of West Rowe Street, Tamaqua, after he was found in a drunken state on July 21.

Officers were called to Boyer's Food Mart at 4:51 p.m. where they found Woods stumbling around in the parking lot. An employee also reported that Woods had been sleeping on a bench in front of the store.

He was cited for public drunkenness.
