Man charged after causing disturbance

A Summit Hill man was charged with disorderly conduct after he caused a commotion.

Summit Hill police were dispatched to the 200 block of East Fell Street for an out of control person, later identified as Christopher Troxell, 23, ofEast Fell Street. The caller said that he was destroying the residence.

While police were on scene, Troxell began to again cause a disturbance.
