Man charged with public drunkenness
A Summit Hill man was cited after police found him stumbling around a borough street.
Summit Hill police said that at 7 p.m. on June 28, officers were called to South Oak Street for an intoxicated person.
When they arrived, officers saw Randy Crocker, 53, of East Fell Street, lying in the grass and trying to get up.
He was transported back to the Summit Hill police station and charged with public drunkenness.
