Two issued citations after altercation

Two men from Ashland were issued citations for harassment and disorderly conduct after state police at the Frackville barracks were summoned to an incident at 9:42 p.m. Sunday at a location on Center Street in that borough.

Police said Augustine Seritsky, 26, and Brent Kukuk, 27, engaged in a verbal argument over comments posted on Facebook, after which time they began to yell and shout profanities at each other on the sidewalk in front of their residence, alarming neighbors. Police said they started to push each other, falling onto the sidewalk and resulting in minor injuries.
