Kunkletown man is victim of fraud

A theft/fraud/forgery case in which a 60-year-old Kunkletown man is the victim is being investigated by state police at the Lehighton barracks.

The incident was reported to have happened at 3:19 p.m. July 13when the victim's bank account was allegedly used unlawfully.
