Over $6,000 taken in Schuylkill burglary
More than $6,000 was taken in a burglary of a Schuylkill County business.
State police at Schuylkill Haven said Skook Auto Sales, located along Route 61 in North Manheim Township, was the victim of the break-in. The manager's office window located on the west side of the building was forced open.
Once inside, the criminals forced open a side drawer on a desk and removed about $6,100 in cash.
The incident occurred sometime between July 23-25.
